Installed my race catted set of these today.

Excellent workmanship on these pipes and perfect fitment. No issues at all.

Seems like I read somewhere it’s a like 30 minute job and while I wouldn’t say it’s that easy I did get it done in less than two hours on a lift. the hardest part is removing the OE pipes.

thanks again

What cat model did you get? What does it do to emissions and testing? Any dyno or Dragy results before vs. after?

Can someone please clarify: do the 'bridge pipes' have the catalytic material in them or are the cats on the mid pipes (down pipes in the diagram below)? Which parts do we get from Red Star if we go catless? Thanks, and apologies for the newbie questions, I'm new to the platform. 2016 e63 S

Bridge pipes dont have cat material in them.
You get parts marked in black.

Ok, thanks. That would mean Weistec is charging 2500 for the bridge pipes because their modular pipes are 1500.

I'll be placing my order with you soon. Thanks again.

Do you guys have an install guide or youtube? Are the Downpipes easy to install at home with jacks and basic tools?

Turbo back downpipes: straightforward if you are RWD, can be down with some patience and basic tools and jack stands.

Bridge-pipe back downpipes: straightforward on AWD cars, probably easier than the option above, but again, patience is key and basic tools.

Turbo back downpipes: you need to drop the motor on AWD, and I think you need to get different motor mounts if you are AWD
