The RennTech adjustable suspension spring kit lowers your vehicle with the OEM dampers via adjustable spring perches and sport lowering springs on the front and adjustable lowering links in the rear for the air suspension. This kit also works with vehicles that have electronically control dampers installed. RennTech lowering solution offers not only overall improved aesthetics and an aggressive vehicle stance, but improves both vehicle handling and performance. RennTech complete suspension conversion allows full adjustment of the suspension without the need to purchase an entire coilover conversion kit. As an upgraded option we offer our adjustable spring kit in combination with our RennTech digital suspension lowering module (DLM) in place of the rear adjustable links. This allows the suspension system to remain balanced as the digital lowering module controls inputs to all four sensors on the vehicle (even though only the rear suspension is adjustable electronically). It also allows for complete adjustability of rear ride height via the lowering module software (included) with no need to manually adjust links on the rear. We feel that this combination best maintains the suspension system’s functional integrity as it accounts for the suspensions load leveling function, offers improved ride quality over the standard suspension kit with adjustable rear links and allows for complete electronic adjustability of rear vehicle ride height via the included software.

RennTech transmission upgrade consists of a complete transmission disassembly and inspection as well as a mechanical upgrade to the transmission clutch packs. This allows us the ability to maximize the amount of friction materials contained within the transmission and in turn, the amount of power which can be transmitted through each forward gear. During final assembly the transmission also receives all new gaskets, seals, o-rings as well as a new transmission pan filter. RennTech Mercedes Transmissions increased engine performance it becomes necessary to further improve the drive line components, most importantly the transmission in order to ensure maximum power is transmitted to the drive wheels without transmission slippage. This can not be realized with software and only truly be accomplished by an internal mechanical upgrade to the transmission hardware. The RennTech V3 Digital Lowering Module (DLM) is designed to work with all available Mercedes Airmatic or ABC (Hydraulic) Suspensions.The unit allows the user to have full control over all four corners of the vehicle’s suspension and adjust in 1mm increments. The DLM requires no splicing or soldering to the factory wiring harness. The RennTech harness utilizes the factory pins as to allow a completely reversible installation. The unit also supports speed-dependant lowering that allows the vehicle to return to its factory ride-height at a pre-set speed. This removes the need for the vehicle to be aligned after lowering. The user can maintain the factory longevity and still have the lowered look at low speeds. All RennTech DLMs are adjustable via USB using either Windows or Android OS.The software allows the user to adjust the ride-height at each corner in 1mm increments independently.The software also has three locations where the user can store pre-configured suspension setups for quick changes.

Renntech Locking Limited Slip Differential

Simply explained, a differential is the last point between the engine and the wheels where power is transferred. The differential functions as a system to direct engine power at the wheels while allowing them to rotate at different speeds. By upgrading the differential, you benefit in both straight line stability and vehicle handling while cornering. During a full power straight line run, RennTech LSD (limited slip differential) will lock 100% and provide torque equally to each powered wheel, providing stable straight line runs. When exiting from a corner, RennTech LSD's transition to the full 100% lock position is smooth and predictable. This gives the vehicle better traction and stability throughout the corner, improving overall lap times and a noticeable improvement in overall vehicle handling. The track is not the only place where the differential comes into play though. Bad weather and harsh road conditions can make the street a dangerous place. In snow, ice, wet weather and regions where the road surface can become unstable, our LSD easily adapts and adjusts tire rotation to increase vehicle stability on the road and help to dramatically improve driver safety. RennTech differential is a unique, patented, clutch- type LSD which makes this a true100% locking differential. Because of this function, there is no movement of internal parts, leading to less heat being generated while in operation and in turn, less wear of the friction disks.

RennTech stainless steel and ceramic-coated exhaust headers offer true bolt-on installation, mounting directly to the OE down pipes and all RennTech headers are hand built from mandrel-bent, seamless tubing and CNC machined stainless flanges. Advanced computer aided design (CAD) and flow-analysis software allows RennTech headers to deliver substantial gains across the entire RPM range. RennTech headers are constructed of the highest quality T-304 stainless steel and are ceramic coated to further reduce latent heat in the engine compartment as well as combat against thermal stress.

This translates into a noticeable gain in both overall performance and throttle response with a performance increase of 11hp & 8 lb/ft. RennTech throttle body assemblies were designed and engineered in house and a re a bolt on component requiring no modifications to the intake manifold. Our throttle assemblies feature a machined billet aluminum housing with custom designed air velocity stacks and all necessary hardware/ electrical connectors to make installation a snap.
