E63 fuel issues! Stuck!!

E63 fuel issues! Stuck!!
So I’ve had this car for about 3 months, with in the last few days the car started a random misfire, hesitated a lot and wasn’t drivable, had to turn it off then back on and would be back to normal.. only happened twice before. But my most recent problem is when my car just shut off in traffic, it would turn back on fine and rev up a little hesitantly but it would run in park, soon as I put it in gear motor jerks and shuts off.
Took it to my trusted mechanic brought up the CEL codes and came back with 3 codes for Fuel pressure in the system is too low, Fuel pressure sensor is implausible, cylinder bank 1 & 2 is too lean. Replaced fuel pump and still same issue. Wanna get a little more information before I really start playing the dart game with parts.
