Hi guys I drive a 2011 e63 Benz when driving it sometimes pulls to the right and sometimes to the left even after doing alignments

You have wide tires, if you are going over pavement that has ruts in it the tires will tend to follow.
also if the road is angles left or right the car will follow either direction.
thats the simplest explanation.
if you’ve had it aligned the techs probably would have done a inspection of the suspension components prior...
