Max speed by gear, for RWD & AWD?
Here's what I've used in the past, among other calculators.. if trying to determine optimum shift points for our car... its simple... shift near redline...at least for my torque curve.
This is for the AWD 7 speed.

There are other graphs out there that go one step further and account for your power profile to maximize acceleration by determining your optimum shift point based on your individual torque curve.
Here's a really good one, but it only calculates the first 6 gears...

Here's the data for my car based on my dyno plot...
You'll notice that my torque profile indicates to maximize acceleration I need to take the car to almost redline in every gear. This is specific to my torque profile which is very flat... those of you with peaky profiles aka older tunes with large torque spikes down low, you may want to look at this calculator and input your own dyno profile to see what your optimum shift point is... it may tell you to short shift to optimize torque and hence acceleration...
my dyno for reference...
Even stock allows you to run all the way to redline in every gear, only speed limited by your tune... I think 155 mph for non S models, and 186 for S models... I could be wrong here though.
