2012 E63 AMG

New to me 2012 E63, a few questions.

I'm back in the AMG world with a 2012 E63. My last one was a 2006 E55. Did a 2 1/2 year stint in a Lexus, but the old AMG lust came back.

I would like to do an ECU reset. This made huge differences in the W211, but all the instructions call for inserting the key and turning it and my car has push button start only. There is no place I see to insert and turn a key fob. How do you do the ECU reset in these models?

I bought a Media Exchange Cable that has the correct Apple connector for my iPod Touch, yet it says "Device Incompatible." For now I can play the iPod music through the Bluetooth, even with a separate phone paired at the same time, but I would prefer it to work directly through the cable. Any ideas why this would be incompatible? Is there any way to upgrade the COMAND software without going to a dealer?

Anybody know where I can get gray AMG floor mats? The car is pristine, yet had no floor mats.
