Dragy mounting.
W212 owners with dragy - Where are you guys mounting the device and magnetic plate? I've been thinking on the passenger side of the center arm rest or on the middle of the dash. Dash is higher up and closer to the window, but is a less even surface. Center armrest is more even but closest window would be the pano roof....both obviously on leather surfaces (is that okay?). Thoughts or recommendations?

Have used mine on top of the ashtray; it’s metal so the device stuck to it well and seemed to have decent gps signal. I’ve also tried with the included mounting plate on the dash, between the front parking sensor indicators and the windshield, seems to work well there also.

i open the sunroof and stick it right on the roof. im careful to make sure its clean and i only attach/detach it, vertically...and dont drag it across the paint. i tried places in the car but i didnt feel like having adhesive on my interior surfaces.
