Engine slightly rough vibration
Hey AMG fam
so I was driving on the highway and everything was fine and it started raining really bad and the car hydroplaned because I have worn rear tires(I have the new ones I just need to install them) and so I drove slow and when I got to the light the car sounded weird (slight more vibration and engine sounds) and when I hit the throttle it keeps doing it.
I parked the car tuned off and back on and it’s still doing it at P, R, and drive in every mode. But no check engine light no messages no leak nothing.
anyone has any clue about what going on or if it’s something major/minor??

Does the misfire happens suddenly Like out of no where? and why no check engine light and no codes no messages and no weird tapping in the engine? it’s just slightly louder at idle and when I rev nothing crazy but it’s noticeable to me because I pay attention.
