I have a 2010 E63 Amg. Yesterday when I plugged in the scan tool I noticed I have one trans code. Code 0651 ( ComponentY3/8N4 Fully integrated transmission control unit is defective). After doing some research it seems as the control module for the TCU is bad. I pulled the part number on the conductor plate along with the version, although I can only find used conductor plates for sale. I'd like to know if anyone has replaced their conductor plate in their e63.

DBS and replace a conductor plate with a used POS----any dealer worth his salt can provide you with the correct new part number

check to see if trans oil is leaking from plug if plug is wet change it, clean and service transmission. You could do the conductor plate as well but might just need the plug on it. The o-rings leak over time
