Car is a 2014 AMG E63 4matic S212, ~ 50K miles, not tuned.
Took a short drive, came to a stop and I noticed smoke under the hood. Pulled over and found out that the main coolant hose had slipped off the fitting. All coolant literally drained within seconds. I was standing in a green puddle.
Had the car towed to the dealer. They were very helpful and fixed it within 1/2 h with a standard hose clamp.
The problem I see, there are 3 more of those none adjustable press fit hose clamps on 2 plastic pipes. There is no lip on the plastic piping. The press fit stainless rings are factory pressed and seem to get weak over time. This is a ticking time bomb.
Now I wonder how long the other 3 clamps will hold up. I guess my next project will be the replacement of the plastic connecting pipes with stainless parts and proper clamps.
I never expected this to fail. I was lucky because 10 min. later I would have been on the Autobahn.
My 3 year old daughter thought it was fun, riding in the car on top of the tow truck bed.
Enclosed the picture after the hose clamp install. The smaller upper clamp is new, the older SS clamps are the wider ones.

its happened to me also. I tried using a worm clamp to fix it and didnt work out. ended up replacing the entire hose (around $200). Not sure exactly why it didnt work for me, but I'm thinking I didnt tighten it enough or the plastic section was warped.
