Finally spacers installed

Decided it was time for some small exterior mods. Thew on 15mm rear spacers with extended bolts on the e63. Perfect fitment out back now. Gets tints done Monday, so I will test drive it and see if it rubs or anything. Next is 12mm spacers upfront from Supreme. Hub Centric of course.

Fitment looks on par. Looking good. Any plans in lowering her a bit?

Hard to say if I want to lower it. The front needs it indeed, but not sure if I want to do that anytime soon

Do you have any better rear pics of your booty similar to your first pic just to see how much the wheels sits out more?

Thanks

Hard to catch it since it's flush with the fenders. Here's a before and after. Might be able to see it slightly if you look by the exhaust tips. The first and 2nd Picture are before/after. There is no rubbing going uphill or downhill, as well as normal driving in sport mode

You can contact kim@supremepower.com
She will help you out and get you sorted. Just a FYI they have 2 diffrent size bolts. 2 1/4" and 1.75". The 2 1/4 were to long and touched the rear brake dust shield causing noise. Make sure you measure the ones you receive and make sure they are not the longer ones. I got mine replaced for free, but did have to wait 2wks until they showed up due to holidays.

Looks like 10 mm at the rear would be a better fit, slightly tucked in rather than right at the lips or sticking past them.

Fronts need it more then the rear. When looking at it from the front u can barely see the tires.

Front definitely needs spacers to sit flush with our wider front fenders. Notice our front fenders are larger than the rears. Mercedes should of balanced it out in our rear.

The 15 looks nice in the rear. Agreed fronts don’t need much of a spacer at all.

Funny how they really don't have a whole lot of adjustments such as camber. But it is interesting how it seems like we're looking at two different things.

Yes mine is lowered to about 25 and a half inches on both the front and rear fender height.
Looking at the front, I would not want those wheels out even a millimeter more. However the back they're tucked inside quite a bit.
There is a line at the bottom of my water bottle that is about an inch from the bottom. I used it just as reference.
Anyway, I ordered just 10 mm for the rear only

Did you order the longer bolts for the 10mm?

Underload and driving, the car squats slightly giving you more negative camber, this goes for all cars. It explains why some rub at low speeds but not at high speeds. Let us know how your 10 sits out back. I'm waiting for my 12 to arrive this week.

installed a 10mm on the drivers side rear, No spacer on the passenger for testing. first picture is in C mode with 26.5 ground the arch height and the 2nd is in sport mode with 25 5/58" arch height. H&R springs up front with 25.25" height.
I think its ideal IMO

And when drive line is under load, it will squat and will sink inwards

I ordered my spacers from amazon $67, came with super long 55mm black bolts, almost guaranteed to be Chinese junk. NOTE: if you install long bolts in the rear, you will destroy your parking brake.
I don't trust those bolts anyway, so I bought some H&R 40mm bolts, PN 1454002 for $55 more, Should be here today
I may return the spacers and buy a kit with no bolts, looks like there are about$40-80

Thought i read somewhere, spacers smaller than 12 don't need longer bolts, am I wrong?

You absolutely need longer bolts for any size spacer. Even with the 10 mm spacers, the stock bolts won't even turn one thread.
Always figure out what the stock length is, and get a bolt that is exactly longer than the thickness of the spacer.

Also taking to consideration the power were put into the ground.
I'll look through all the kits, they all come with the same bolts it looks like. Some claim their 10.9 others claim their 8.8, but none of them are marked.
I just got the h&r bolts today, they have 10.9 stamped on them.

Got the 12mm front spacers Installed. Keep In mind this is right after car was lowered, suspension hasn't compressed fully. 12mm spacers with 40mm bolts. Left side before, right side after. All my bolts are grade 10.9
