2011 E63 AMG 6.3l Whistle from inside intake manifold
Have this 2011 Mercedes E63 AMG 6.3L that started a very load whistle. When I listen to it and move my head around it is loudest when my head is directly over the main part of the intak. I cannot find any issues like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum. Whistle pitch changing with revs can mean (a) some obstruction in the air flow and/or (b) some mechanical friction. Recommend you post a video with the sound in question while someone revs the engine.

1- Leaking intake manifold
2- Leaking throttle plate inside manifold
3- Leaking intake manifold gaskets
4- PCV problem
If you are to replace the PCV replace the manifold gaskets at the same time and vice versa.
all of these are common issues for the M156 engine.
