Dragy results of my stock 14 E63s
You may want to start with simple mods like Blackboost intake then TCU tune (or vice versa) and new tires to get a feel for the significant power improvements from just those and a stock ECU. After those, do an ECU tune from any one of the reputable tuners which you can read up on these forums to get members feedback on each of them (do a simple search) and then maybe tuning for meth as the last step which many on these boards are doing now.
Congrats you'll enjoy turning this into a 10 second car very quickly

I had mentioned above that the coils and plugs are all basically brand new <1000 miles ago on 10/29/2020. OEM Mann Air Filters in 04/2020.
Gas is 93 octane from BP, Mobile, or Costco in Lincoln Park. Based on a recent thread that mentioned running E30 on stock tune being safe I had considered trying that to see if there was any difference [once there isn't a foot of snow].

Want to make sure the car is running in tip top shape making the power it should before trying to make a ton of more power.
We don't have a foot of snow here, but definitely in the middle of winter

0-60 is 3.14 seconds. (1ft)
60-130 was high 7's, don't remember exactly, 7.8 I think?

If you took 3.39 0-60 (non 1-foot roll-out), then it would be 8.0 from 60-121.65 based on your 1/4 mile. 121.65-130 at your trap speed is probably 1.5s, so I'm guessing your 60-130 is more like 9.5s or higher. A stock e63s with similar trap speed takes 10.0s.
High 7 second 60-130 m157s trap 130+.

However, cars running high 7's for 60-130 don't need to trap 130+. My old cls63 trapped 125-126 and ran 7.95s 60-130.
If you take off about 0.7s for 125-130, that's 7.25s from 60-125. A 3.5s 0-60 would mean you were running 10.75 @ 125. Were you?
In reality, a car running 10.75 @ 125 is probably not running a 3.5s 0-60, they are much quicker off the line than that which lowers the ET.

I'll pull it up when I'm out of the Fab and take a look.

If you still have your old dragy results saved on your phone, you can check and see what your best time is that didn't have any of the g-force spikes. They're not super common, but they do occur and seem to happen to some people more than others - I'm not sure if it's related to a particular location with a relatively poor GPS signal, or the dragy not being mounted securely, or what. Regardless, if you only saved your "best" results and deleted others which (perhaps confusingly at the time) were a decent amount slower than your "best" times, then unfortunately you may only have the spiked ones saved - which are not true indicators of performance.
You can sort of splice the two dragys in the linked post together, although there is unfortunately still a spike between 120-125 in both runs (one negative, one positive). Note I'm not cherry-picking which sections to combine, this is just to get rid of the spikes. If you take the 100-120 from the top run since there is no spike in that section, and add it to the 120-200 in the bottom run, you end up with 7.07 100-200, although that still has an optimistic spike between 120-130. I'm guessing 7.2s or so is around what you would average with no spikes, with maybe an 8.4 60-130 aside from the outlier (spike) runs. If you have all your results saved, we can see though.

How many miles? When was the last time you changed the air filter? for me it netted me 0.2 in both the 0 to 60 and quarter mile time just by getting a clean filter in there Maybe try resetting the computer and trying again?
I'm fairly suspicious that the filters I pulled out have more than 1k miles on them, and that the dealer did not switch them last spring. [which is another issue altogether, will have to talk to my SA]. These probably go back as far as when I bought the car in 12/2019, and who knows how long before that, will need to check prior owners records.
I also noticed when removing the airboxes that my passenger side intake tubing was unraveling [I had replaced the driver's side which had visibly ripped previously using the Spectre tubing method]. I figure if a defect allowed for suction events or turbulent flow that could also be causing some issues with the 60-130 times [if it wasn't the leaves above].
Dozens of pulls, but prior to my recent Dragy purchase. I head in to the hospital between 430 and 530 everyday so I usually get a decent pull whenever I want because there are so few people on the road. Unfortunately Chicago has been very snowy recently and has put a damper on that.

.
this 60-130 time was actually done the same run as the 1/4 mile one I posted yesterday. Ran the 1/4 and then out to 135 mph before shutting down.
