TCU Tune Process
#26
How do all these tunes (edok, EC, morendi) compare to one another? Are they getting their source code from the same place and adding their own special sauce?
I'm going to tune mine with Morendi next week. The price is better.

EDOK is top of the game, been doing tcu the longest and have their own tuning (their tcu cars hold some of the fastest times).. everyone else is a battling second that use all the same flashing source.

Mercedes Performance enthusiasts. I did a quick video of the TCU tuning process from an end user perspective. Thanks!

Enjoying the TCU tune. It feels much better in warmer weather/when warm/I guess I'm a bit low on trans fluid.
I just added some subwoofers and I've actually really enjoyed that mod a lot, the stock subs imho hold the system back.
I have to change transmission fluid, but am debating changing K1 and B1 as weistec mentioned something about slipping out of fifth and changing these valve bodies. I have resigned to doing this job myself. All the shops around me are pretty expensive and aren't tuning friendly. Literally had a guy lecture me on the phone because my car is tuned.
Have an HPTuners OBD II coming in to start data logging. (I guess I could have lent the tractrix at the time thought I was going to use it connected to a PC for logging.)
Yo man how's your build going?

Seems like the problem with this platform is, we sell you overpriced stuff that sometimes work because you drive a 100k car and will spend that kind of money to fulfill that
