Service Visit
At the time of purchasing my 2014 E63s the wagen with 37K miles, the PPI mentioned slight oil seepage that I didn't worry about since the car's still under the Mercedes ELW warranty until mid April 2021. So fast forward 4 months to this past Tues, dropped it off at the dealership to have few things looked at especially the suspension. They did a comprehensive inspection and performed a service too including the pano lubrication , wanted to get that done) too. . The report came back fine without any mention of any oil leak
Called the SA back to have the tech look at the possible oil leak and found out the tech had somehow over looked the oil leak which was coming from the cam covers and when they got into it, noticed the front coolant lines were wet too.
All covered by the ELW , happy for getting it fixed under warranty but not happy with tech missing the leak though.
Btw, how common are these issues, cam cover leaks/ coolant line leaks and how expensive are the repairs? Per SA, looks like it was an entire days' labor to get the repair done.

So did they address the suspension issue?
I have 2 weeks left in my elw, but can't really find any reason to take it in.
There was a guy who posted on my into thread taking about how the factory crimp clams on the coolant lines failed, dealer replaced then with generic SS band clamps. I wonder what exactly was leaking on yours

I will update it once I pick it up later today and get to look at the invoice. Suspension they said is fine especially when there's no warning light in the dash. I was told 1/2-3/4" movement especially in wagens is normal. I want to lower it hence my concern if there's a failing part but they couldn't duplicate the issue.
Make sure they service the Pano as that has been an issue in some cars.
