Tuning E63 6.2 W212
Hello!
I bought a w212 2010 E63 6.2. I would like to upgrade to have more performance. I going to divide the tuning in two steps: 1 (Ecu, airbox and exhaust) and then the second step of supercharging (weistec). I would like to have some tips about the first step. How is the weistec exhaust? How does it sound? Does someone have it on his car?
https://www.weistec.com/m156-exhaust-system.html
Is it better to have all parts from weistec?
I am writing from Italy so please reply with a simple english! thanks!

Very expensive but Weistech is a proven company. Very expensive. You can get great sound and performance with resonator and cat delete and longtube headers for half the price.

Sorry to be an *** but if you want to tune - sell the 6.2 car and then buy either a 5.5l turbo or the W213 4.0l turbo.
MUCH easier to dial up boost than go down your path.

Might be easier but much more expensive if getting into a newer car. Or maybe actually breaks even if there is some cost/HP calculation based on OP's objectives?

Lots of cheaper options out there, personally I'm running Becker Longtubes with Dual X-Pipes and full race catback for under $2K.
For tuning I used @eightysixtuned, via HP Tuners and remote data logging. He's a member here and very knowledgeable with these cars.

I agree, some cams would make it sound even better.
