So I have a 2016 Wagon and a local shop is putting on the KW HAS kit (#25325071).

They are having issues with setting the front at the height I've asked them to. It's difficult to search for "KW HAS" on the forum here, but from what I've seen, the kit is the same with Sedan and Wagons and the same height should be able to be achieved regardless of the body style.

They've spun the fronts all the way down, which I didn't ask them to do (I asked for the fronts to be set at 68cm / 26.77") and they are only able to get it down to 69cm / 27.16". From looking at other sedans and wagons with KW HAS and spun all the way down they can achieve 65-66cm. Any idea why this is?

Also does anyone know if the stock ride height is the same on both the sedan and wagon? If so, anyone have the FTG (fender to ground) measurement for stock height at the front?

 

maybe a silly answer but did they install the lowering sleeves backwards or upside down?

 

I took measurements on my stock 2014 sedan before H&R springs.
Front before:
26 7/8" L 27"R

After H&R
25 3/8" L 25 1/4" R

 

I'll have to ask for pictures, but what's the correct orientation?

What wheels / tires are you running? As well, what were your measurements with the stock springs? My fronts were at 65cm when fully lowered on stock 19" wheels/tires.
