Need held with Driver Assist Errors

This is a 2014 E63S. I recently had my front bumper off and when I re-assembled everything, I am getting active blind assist, active lane assist and pre-safe errors. As well, my distronic cruise does not work. I removed the bumper and doubled checked all the electrical fittings and everything appears fine. I've had my bumper on and off before and never encountered these problems. I have a generic OBDII scanner and no codes are shown (although I understand one needs a mercedes specific scanner to read these systems). I tried a battery disconnect with no success. I don't have a load tester, but the aux battery when isolated produces 12.9 volts. Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks in advance.

Had same issue. It’s the blind spot control unit behind the rear bumper got wet.

What he said, Mercedes had a recall on many of them and they did mine last year for free out of warranty

Thanks guys. I'll check this out. I'm just a bit skeptical that this is the issue given that it worked fine right before I removed and re-installed the front bumper and quit working right after. I was wondering if the front radar sensors have anything to do with it (they looked to be in good condition and when I took off the bumper the second time, I cleaned them and check the connectors). As well, I should note that it has been dry here all the time (i.e. before and after the problem).

Distronic radar alignment was required to resolve it with mine. Dealer knocked it over in 30mins. Good luck!

Thanks. I'm guessing that it is something like this. I think I'll just bite the bullet and take it to the dealer.

From what i have heard, might be wrong tho, there is a special way to do alignment on cars who rely on cameras and sensors when self driving is enabled
