E63s dyno log threas

So I figured id start my own thread on this. I will be updating it as mods come in and eventually have more dynos and draggy times.

But today I got a chance to dyno my almost stock 2014 e63s with afe drop in filters, eurocharged tcu tune and 19,000 miles. This was done on a dyno jet at eurocharged Chicago. Sounds like it's on par with oem numbers? 507awhp and 547awtrq

Quick update, Blackboost intakes have been ordered as well as 1 step colder spark plugs. Will be installing those soon along with Downpipes and then going in for a custom stage 2 EC tune.

What gear did you do your pulls - 4th?

shouldnt the tcu have given you more torque

4th gear pull, tcu tune from what I read helps out in the lower gears 1-3.

if the dyno is done in "dyno mode" then Traction Control is turned off, and torque management won't intervene...

It was set in dyno mode as the dash was lit up like a Christmas tree. Was painful to see 😂

I was hoping to get a TCU tune, but that's discouraging. My car is bone stock and mines a bit quicker. tenth to tenth and a half.

I'm taking it in Monday for them to rescan the car and see if the file is actually installed.

Does it feel different? I see mine even show over 1g around 15mph, but yours is less than 1g. I thought it was suppose to hit really hard on the launch.
Granted, Im at sea level, your at 700ft? DA is quite different, but Ive have 3.66 3.64 etc even in the summer here.

Okay so I went back to eurocharged and they reflashed their tcu tune again and now sport+ farts during shifts which it didn't do before, I also did a quick launch by brake torquing and alot more power down low now(can feel it in the Seat) . As you can see the car hit over 1g few times compared to before. Identical Temps to the other day as well

Did you get a new dyno with the BB intakes installed? I'm curious to see whether there is benefit for a stock tuned car. While the freer flowing intake will provide access to more air, the tune may not adapt sufficiently to take advantage of it.
I look at that stock power profile and note the almost 60 awhp drop off from peak to redline.... I use to hate that feeling. Getting a tune that can take advantage of the extra air will change the driving dynamic.
Even if you don't make more power, not having the power fall off will make it feel like the car is absolutely flying...

No tune of any sorts other then tcu. Intakes arrive on the 10th.will install that, along with catless dp, colder plugs and custom 93 tune. Now I feel a proper diffrence with the tcu tune after i requested them to reflash it as something felt off

Personal best! Had a 3.4 but didn't validate due to downhill slope being greater then 1%. Stock I was doing 3.7-3.9

EC s2 tune with catless dp and blackboost intakes

So got the latest round of mods installed. Catless downpipes, blackboost intakes, and custom 93oct stage 2 tune from eurocharged. Don't have much info on tune as far as boost/timing goes but wow does it drive nice. Combined with my the eurocharged tcu tune she is a diffrent animal!

Stock made 507awhp and 547awtrq
Made 609awhp and 669awtrq. S2 custom tune, blackboost, catless dp.. Same dyno and similar air temps as before.
102whp gain and 122wtrq gains over stock
