Noise when accelerating

GLC Coupe, S63L W222
Noise when accelerating
Hello all,
I didn't have much luck on the W222 AMG section but was told this section is more active and has similar engine to mine.
I have an S63L W222 2016 with M157 engine
I'm getting this noise when I heavily accelerate or let's just say put my foot down, see videos.
No issues with power or performance, Star Xentry showing nothing. No smoke, no error lights or warning just noise when accelerating hard.
Noise comes and goes. Car does not make that noise when stationary or when revving when standstill, sounds normal when revving.
Any help would be appreciated as the Mercedes technicians here in the UK play a lot of guess games, my car was seen today at MB main dealers, they think it's the turbo, pulley, or belt. They want to investigate a further 2 hours but I can't see it being the turbo when the car pulls perfectly fine, no loss of power or lights etc
I have to respond to main dealers tomorrow about what to do next so any help would be appreciated.

Wastegate? Turbo flutter/compressor surge? Hmm? When revvin in stand still seems to be problematic however, when shifting up WOT, won’t this be normal?
