Can't figure out where the headlight control module and ballast voltage converter are

Can't figure out where the headlight control module and ballast voltage converter are
I can't figure out where the headlight control module and ballast voltage converter are located. Any help locating would be great.

I believe the ballast voltage converter is under the headlight? Can this be changed without taking the headlight out?

Sometimes looking for the part on eBay for pictures alone can be very helpful, I would imagine it's on the bottom of the light. I will check later as well as the EPC

Bottom of the headlights. Front bumper need to be removed to allow room for headlight removal to access them.

Bottom headlight.
I believe coding is needed if you replace them. Not 100% sure
