well, this will not be popular but my car is very noisy.. I have a friend that owns a body shop and asked for recommendations.. he said.. buy all new plastic holders, and put some bathroom sealant on all the places where plastic contacts metal.
have not tried yet but he says that is the only thing that will work on a long term.

Perhaps pop it off and place a piece of foam behind it to keep it from rattling.
