2014 E63S; AMS 100 octane ECU dyno tune; EDOK TCU tune; BB intakes; sprintbooster
I have OEM stock plugs and stock gap no issues with three tunes:
- 93 octane ams tune
- 100 octane ams tune
- e40 EC tune
with over 15,000 tuned miles
youll hear a lot of people talk about 0.022 and colder plugs but ymmv, I never needed it or had issues
key is replace your COILS before a tune
cheers and flame away as the internet does

Also of course replaced your plugs every 10k miles on a tuned M157 engine if not 7500 miles... indexing is very important as well.
many of us running stock gap and stock plugs on aggressive tunes including logged e50.... all good
