It's a different MB engine, but is also DI so it seems likely to be similar. Is this useful:

The first few minutes of this video could also be useful because it shows how the injector is supposed to be taken out with an MB tool (I think that is the spot where the first vid uses the long snap ring pliers):

Thanks mate. I read somewhere that the engine has to be rotated or something and that it’s a big job… on the m157 that is.

I replaced these on my 2012 a few months ago. The mileage jumped from 15.5 to 22mpg once the new injectors were in. Each seal kit will have all the o-rings / seals / hardware needed for both ends of an injector. New injectors will come half the seals already installed (there will be extras). I would not attempt this R&R without the special tools.Teflon o-rings tend to hold a shape (stretched or compressed) so the typical screwdriver / pick tool manipulation seldom yields the desired results. I used a few drops of Ballistol lube rather than install everything dry. I had better results pulling the fuel rail off with injectors attached. The install was also done as a complete unit. Dirt collects under each injector cavity so use compressed air before removal. And now is the time to replace plugs and ignition coils if needed.

Did you code the injectors to your car on your own?

It wasn't needed for my particular model and I haven't read anything to say otherwise. I suppose there may be some that require it. If a faulty injector was somehow throwing a general fault code, then it would need to be cleared prior to the earth resuming its rotation. Mine never did.
