I have a 2014 E63 S 60k miles I noticed a spot of oil on my garage floor I looked under the car and it looks like it’s leaking from between the trans and motor. Could it be the rear main? Or any other ideas.
I cleaned it drove waited a few hours and looked again and there’s a decent amount of oil.
Could be dripping down from the cam cover gaskets in the back. Also, there are oil control devices on this engine that may contain oil and leak. I would look around the back of the engine compartment on the top just to be sure. Good luck!
