Looking for advice - 2010 W212
Hi all, really trying to get my hands into a W212.
2010 E65 with 80K miles asking $21,500
I know KBB is much less and here are the issues I found.

I know KBB is much less and here are the issues I found.
- Headbolt never changed
- No record of transmission service or oil change
- Switching from Park to Drive / Reverse I feel a little jerk. Does this mean something is wrong with the tranny?
- In sport mode, during braking - the car feels 'jerky'
- Supposedly engine mount and rear suspension air pump was changed, but no records
- Steering rack feels a little 'loose'
- OBDII scanned "P0106" - but no CEL right now
- Brake pads very worn, and probably need to change rotors soon too, I know the front two piece rotor is $$$

You need a proper PPI on this car unless you've already done this .. no way to assess value reasonably unless you know every significant detail ... or be prepared for pay costly repairs; this could be a walk away car ... i.e. find another car
