Coolant Reservoir replacement - almost screwed the pootch

So - about two weeks ago I replaced the coolant reservoir (at about midnight to keep busy waiting on some other thing in life, no booze).

The clamp on the hose to the bottom seemed like it was not as tight as it maybe was...but it was holding...right? Nope.

Yesterday pulling into a facility I could smell coolant and see a river behind me. The hose popped off. Get some pliers, get it back on and fill with a freaking coffee pot (plain water, six coffee pots). Cruise to the closest auto store, get a worm clamp and some 50/50 European car coolant...

End of the day, my lazyness on the clamp cost me about $60 in coolant, some burnt fingers and about three hours of time....and a hell of a mess on my engine....
