Cooling fan on constantly? Help

Cooling fan on constantly? Help
Hello there
first post on the forum so bare with me,
I have a E3250 and just as of this weekend when I start it up the cooling fan fires up very high very loud and does not turn off!
Anyone any ideas what has caused this and how I fix it? Driving me mental and I’ve also noticed the air con is now basically like Luke warm water however I don’t know if that’s connected or if my air con just needs topping up
Any advice would be great because I haven’t a clue

Okay so I’m still really struggling with this does anyone have any ideas? I’ve tried the things the previous user linked me too and nothing has worked
I start the car the fan goes upto high speed and stays there
thats with air con on and off..
with air con on though I must add it doesn’t work atall like it’s just normal air coming through not air conditioned
