The pulley started walking forward. roughly 1/3rd of the pulley was exposed in front of the belt. I didnt have the time to fight this one so I dropped it off the trailer at the local shop. Their labor rates are beyond reasonable they days @ $85/ hour so I asked them to inspect the entire cooling system and proactively replace any hoses; oil or coolant that showed signs of deterioration or pending failure. Last weekend was spent repairing the creaky moonroof, The rattles and pops around the mountain roads were driving me insane. The entire process to lower the headliner to access the 6 bolts took roughly 2 hours. 5 of the 6 bolts were finger tight. Shockingly, Only one plastic clip broke, passenger side roof fill in panel behind the c pillar.

The only thing that continues to appear a little off are the coolant and oil temps after the repairs. Prior to repairs they were consistently 195/195. Over the last week the temps are 199/210, coolant/oil.

Trip to and from Charleston, SC over the 4th of July holiday in the heat and no issues of note. Averaged 23.2 mpg in 100+ degree heat with the A/C set on 73 and the seat cooler running. Coolant temps stayed in the 199-203 range and oil in the 210-215 range. I did notice the temperatures drop to 195/206 while I was on a 2 lane backroad in northern SC leading me to believe I'm seeing the 199/210 on trips around town because of how hot it is outside. Next items on the list; 1) repair the dynamic seat air pump, neither bolsters or massager is working. 2) full paint correction 3) drive it!

@S212E63MD Thanks for the tip. According to the service records accompanying the car the auxillary battery was replaced July of 2021. How long do they usually last? Randomly yesterday all dynamic seat function in the wagon started working again. And not just working for 5 minu Its been too friggin hot the last couple weeks to disassemble the interior and diagnose the issue. All the other electronics work so I've no reason to suspect the auxillary battery is the cause but ill check it with the multimeter to confirm the proper voltage.

l have seen some aux batteries needing almost annual replacement - depends on the car and usage and perhaps a bad battery. Would be good to just replace it

also consider the main battery - things get screwy electronically when that starts going
