M278 and M157, these are your potential turbo boost leak points
Does anyone know if there is a replacement pn# or alternative for this 3 way hose? Mine is an m278 (14 e550 coupe), however my 15 s550 coupe w m278 has a different hose too :/
FCP calls it Brake Vacuum hose 'Front'

Ah well, I replaced a few check valves and it *seems* my low boost code has gone away for now anyways. I'm just not confident it is gone long-term

Dealer has one coming in tomorrow from NJ for $43, and I do seem to need it. Also replacing the centrifuge piece while I’m at it.
Today doing the o2 sensors. Started with the rear ones as they were in stock locally…though the easier set, getting my big hands up to the plugs has been a real PITA

Edit: my wife went home for her lunch break and it's the right hose!! So yes the number S-Pri has is the correct 3 connection plastic hose on the back top side of motor

I'll share this in the E550 group, as this part is not available in Germany or US any longer. Amazes me that MBZ isn't supporting a replacement part for E550 up to 2017 model year!
Haven't noticed any change in engine behaviour since installing the new hose a week ago, not that I had any issues I was hoping this would resolve, just thought it would be another inexpensive and easy preventative maintenance job to tick off the list.
Engine Crankcase Vent Valve

I know this may not be possible for you hand to access the hose connector......
Blow air into it via its small corrugated hose, the airflow should be blocked by the check valve
If you apply suction to the hose, you will get airflow.
That check valve if it fails, your boost will enter the engine's crankcase and crankshaft oil seals eventually producing oil leak due to higher crankcase pressure.
That small trace of oil is OK.
Good luck on replacing the centrifuge, I know its NOT A FUN job on M278/M157.
