MB Ownership - the struggles are real...
So, washer fluid had the flow of a late-middle aged alcoholic with an enlarged prostate....just a trickle. I decide I needed a new pump....didnt work. Decide to the lines (you know, the blow with your mouth test - put some hawk two-ie into it)...cant force air through the tubes.
Another new pump...remove check valve.....FINALLY, after much work, take out the whole damn washer fluid tank. Well, it was like gel in the bottom of the tank....odd stuff clogging up everything....

My fix was hot water
I noticed my level sensor was sticking. I tried flushing with water and spraying it empty. Worked for a short time.
Boiled hot water and been good. What I do now all cars get water during the summer and fluid during the winter.
The bugs spray gel with the heat.
