I have small coolant leak coming from this fitting pictures. The hose it connects to is a278 203 12 17. Could someone help me find the part number of the part pictured? Thank you.

Since the hose and plug (0099972972) are part of the PCV system, I'd be concerned about the coolant leak coming from it. Could the coolant residue be from somewhere else?
Funny you should say that. When I was trying to get the broken piece out, I accidentally pushed it in the block. Looking at some pictures of the timing chain cover, the broken piece doesn't have many places to go. This connection flows back to coolant reservoir so hopefully it will won't clog any passages. Backside of timing cover, see the valve sticking up.
