So - the side bolsters and lumbar quit working....
To remove the rear cover, get your fingers in the lower section, next to the seat hinge, the lower section pops out, the top simply drops (or pull down) to remove the cover.
Now, I decided to remove the seat in its entirety, it is a very easy job. Four stars and one big Torx (seat belt). The seat itself is about 50lbs by my arm scale.
To disconnect the electrical is all super easy. I used a small awl to get into the air line (from the lower area of the car). The great news is that there was pressure behind it. I have been assuming the issue is a cut line...but, may steer away from that and look more towards electrical (one would think I would check the fuses first, no?). I suggest now to empty the under seat compartment before you dump it all over as well....
