Unhappy Random Rich Overfueling Issue on my M157 E63S

Hey guys wondering if anyone’s had a Super Rich problem?

About a week ago driving my car normally. It started to break up low end, felt like mct jerkiness. I pulled into my friends place, and wouldn't start right after. Long story short, it's running insanely rich, smells like poison gas, only starts up and runs (like ****) if you give it gas on startup otherwise stalls immediately. I used my BCAA to get it towed home as I didn't want to drive it like this.

I have Zero DTC codes, The car is Tuned, but experiencing the same thing when I flash it back to factory. All spark plugs are indexed and fairly new, 92 Octane US Gas
LTFTS are at -20 Both banks. Oil Smells like fuel, will change the oil asap, and not drive it on this. The car is randomly misfiring on all cylinders
On Xentry can watch it rotate randomly between all cylinders. Injectors values are also fluctuating a bit much. random as well.

Here's What I Have done to Troubleshoot (Have a full complete motor I purchased for spare parts)
-Checked for leaky injectors using xentry and watching rail pressure. Looked good
-Checked ECU and harness. ECU Clean
-Some oil wicking on cam sensors, throughly cleaned and swapped out sensors
-Changed Map Sensor
-Unplugged O2 Sensors to run open loop
-Checked all injector wiring, coil pack wiring
-Checked Front two plugs and boroscoped
-Checked all Cam sensors
-Tested and checked PCV
-Checked through all motor electronics values via xentry all look good and are in the green

A Friend of mine who is rather mechanically inclined is leaning towards the LPFP. He thinks maybe it is failing, and its not providing enough pressure for the fuel to atomize from the injectors and its just dripping in.
Personally I am just lost at this point.

Thanks A lot, Ive personally never had an issue without DTC CODES. This is defiantly a Headache

Did you check mixture formulation in xentry and then test everything in the list which includes activation of fuel pumps etc?
