Weird Clicking Noise Rear Driver Side - 2011 E63
Hi All,
This is regarding my 2011 E63.
I recently started having a very weird clicking noise coming from the rear of the car (sounds mostly like the rear driver side).
The clicking is random not cyclical. It does not change with speed. It does not really occur when going over bumps or turning. It sometimes occurs more consistently when coming to a stop or accelerating. However it even occurs when moving at constant speed on perfectly flat ground. It does not click when the car is standing still. Really hard to pinpoint this right now with such random occurrence.
I can't get the car up on my lift until next week so I'm trying to get some prelim info here.
Worth mentioning that I recently replaced rear air springs and I have been having some intermittent airmatic issues. Pretty sure the valve block and/or compressor has a small leak. Not sure if the clicking could be related to this.
Any help is appreciated.

Few things...first thing I would be the solenoid (air block) on the air suspension system.
Second...I found (last week)...it is FAR FAR easier to just replace the damn hose. On my 2011 I was fighting it for weeks. I finally put in a new "Yep". Pump, Solenoid, bags and hose. For me the culprit was a fitting in a weird clip to where the spare sits by the heat sheild in the center rear of the car going to the R side of the car. Spent some time with the hose (it is a PITA) and no drop issues since.
