Don't really understand how it's different between screens as long as your in English in the main menu? Theres a little place where you can uncheck in the main settings menu too that you can get rid of the little KM speed readout next to the speedo. I'll I can think of is your in a european setting in the main settings screens that you set through the big screen on the right with your jog control or center touch pad. Sorry I can't be of more help, thats all I can think of.

I’m in french config (I live in Québec states), I will check if the langage setting change the units of the engine meters.
I have another one:
I created 2 users profil in the individual settings menu. One for me and one for my wife. Same things with seats memory, « 1 » for me and « 2 » for her.
I thought that if I would put the seat in position 1 and the user to my selected name, with my key in my pocket, then when I was going to access the vehicle, with my key in my pocket, that the user profile would be selected automatically as well as the good memory of seat adjustment.
And this is not the case.
I have to select the right memory button on the door and go to select the right personal profile in the multimedia menu.
How should the personal profile and seat / steering wheel / mirror / HUD position memory be recalled and associated with each key ?

The memory seats/user profile things disturb me much more !

Ask my questions to my dealer this morning. The user profiles and seats positions are not linked to the key, we always have to set it manualy...WTF Mercedes ???
And the power meter in the left screen is always in kW and nM. We can't change it.
