acoustic comfort package
I'm about to order an amg63 wagon. One of the options is called an "acoustic comfort package." Is this just a difference in the window glass, or does it include other sound insulation? I'm interested in hearing from anyone concerning road and tire noise and whether this is a desirable option. I saw on another site (about Audi) that the acoustic glass option reduced the signal to cell phones in the car ... Any experience with reduced signal as a result of the acoustic comfort package in Mercedes wagons?

I don’t know about reduced cell coverage, but the car was quiet enough for us to comfortably carry on a conversation without raising our voices while driving along at 160 kph.
I didn’t hear any objectionable tire noise.
But, I never drove an E63 without the package for comparison. We could still hear the exhaust sound just fine.
Driving up to Laguna Niguel for T-day in the mini-van we remarked how much louder the mini-van was than the E63.
Can’t wait for my car to get to the states.
