I found a solution for a louder exhaust


Drive with the back seats down. 30% improvement in sound

2018 S560 and 2019 E450 Wagon.
You could remove the trunk lid and get even better sound, just make sure to wear a oxygen tank for any fumes that may come into the car

Nice Sylvain, I want it louder in all ways (inside and out). Serge told me the cats are too far up to remove but I think I can get an experience muffler shop to review. Serge doesnt TIg anyways.

Could the resonators be removed easily? I have not even looked under the car yet.

Check my thread regarding my car, I have a shot of the exhaust... no resonators, only post cats and they are way the fawk up there.

how do you feel about electronic cutouts ? Before the mufflers ?

I feel like the stock mufflers are probably more restrictive than the cats overall. But it is difficult to keep the AMG rumble if you swap mufflers
