It can be hard to see the color in person, unless the car is in direct sunlight. It is even harder to capture the color on a camera. I will take some more photos. Here is also a link to some other photos if you have not seen them.

How do you keep those wheels from getting damaged on the streets of Dusseldorf? I'm down here in Frankfurt and have already curbed two of my wheels and in need of a new tire... :-(

I’ll have to start doing the same. The narrow entrance approach in a parking garage claimed one wheel and another was assaulted by a curb at my kids school.
I just received my HRE 935 FMR 2-piece wheels today after a 2 month wait. It was a hard choice picking out which wheels to get, but I went with my first choice. They are 'understated', which goes with the sleeper feel of the car, and the turbofan wheel design pure old-school Mercedes.
