New daily driver

This will have to do as my daily driver until I get the new E63 and it should be more reliable too!

Quickburn7 01-11-2018 08:42 PM

Lol, It will be the DD for now. It is the new 812 Superfast... first one delivered in the North America.

coolcamden 01-11-2018 08:52 PM

Is that the dealer showroom or your garage?

Yeah that was I meant to say, the new and improved F12 aka the SF.... oh shi t over 800 hp hahaha there is no way you want to dd that????

Quickburn7 01-11-2018 09:06 PM

That is the dealer showroom.

Its actually not bad for DD if people stop staring and start driving. It is close to 800hp but drives more like a small Bentley then a Ferrari. Very comfortable... almost luxurious. Rides waaaaay softer then the E63.

I will say that the F12 I used for a week and the FF I owned for a year was much more compliant than the E63S--- the mag ride says alot.

Wow, nice car. I always wanted a Ferrari, outta my price range though.

Quickburn7 01-11-2018 09:20 PM

Yeah, the mag ride control is amazing. The 488 is one of the most comfortable, best sprung sports cars I have ever owned. I was pretty sad trading that in today for the 812..

Congrats..... who need an E when you have that at your disposal... lol Look at that rear brake caliper...

1st world issues my friend, 488 for a SF.... :)

yet you still want the E63S? I think that says alot based on your stable.

There just is not another 4 door fast sedan that goes by unnoticed. Still think the E63 is the best sleeper

You know what I think you should do? Make a compilation of the exhaust notes of all your cars. We can live vicariously through them.

Congrats, enjoy the new ride.

Simply gorgeous... congrats. That is the mag ride technology developed by Cadillac, right? I finally watched the Head 2 Head last night of the CTS-V vs the Ed 1 E63S and Randy Pobst was gushing over the suspension (and breaks) on the Caddy.

Enjoy and safe driving.

Yes GM are the pioneers on the magnetorheological dampers. I love them at all times on both of my prior Ferraris, Lambo, and Audi R8's... but I have to say they are not tuned that great on my AMG GTS. The beauty of the dampers is the comfort over rough patches the ability to remain so planted in sharp turns and at speed that exceeds normal gas pressurized versions but in the GTS the car is so taut and rough that one has to hope for good roads always.
