Media Screen Went Out on My 2018 E63S Anyone Else Experience This?
I have a 2018 Mercedes Benz E63S with less than 200 miles on it. I was driving it home yesterday from work and the media screen stopped working, the radio turned off and I can’t turn it back on, can’t use blue tooth or use any of the media options. The whole system went down. I have an appointment to bring the car into the Mercedes Dealer tomorrow but I find this to be very odd on a brand new car. Has anyone experienced the same issue with their 2018 E63S?

Same thing happened to me in Germany shortly after delivery. Screen mysteriously went dead, kind of coincident with me parking and stopping the car. Tried a few different things trying to get it working again but nothing seemed to do it.Turns out that my wife pressed the volume button while turning down the music as we were getting ready to park and switched off the system. I wasn't watching so didn't see what she did. Eventually I figured it out.
Hopefully just a quick push of the button and your screen will be back to life.
