Lose some weight! Larger brakes.
Basically faster to go, faster to stop, better handling, more aggressive looking.

In all honesty I doubt this every makes it to the US.. The e63 wagon is a unicorn... A niche of a niche... Adding another variant won't happen... We didn't even get the e43 wagon.. And I'm super sad we didn't get the C43 wagon lol

This is most likely just a test mule for the GT63 sedan, and not any actual special version of a E63 wagon wide body. The GT63 sedan has wider track compared to E63s so that explains the wider fenders.
