I think mine is the first Dieter Morgel, or at least it's one of the few nameplates that we can actually read. (If I was an AMG engine builder I would write my name so a 5 year old could read it since I'd want everyone to know me)
Does anyone know how many builders there are (560?) ? Does the "one person" make all type AMG engines or are they specific to certain AMG engines? Do building some AMG engines have to have more senior or advanced workers (in other words do they have to start on smaller AMG engines and work their way up)?

There are some models that get done by a specific subset of those engineers
