Having worked, when I was hungry, at both McDonalds and Taco Bell I would argue that they taste very different LOL.

McDonald's Coke has the best syrup mixture ever.

Ok sorry OT

Are you saying that at some point in your life you worked at both McDonalds and Taco Bell?

The only part of Shmee's videos I don't like is the beginning when he says "Hello I'm Shmee" very loudly. The rest is very good journalism.

Vehicle Virgins is a complete idiot - his content is rubbish, his voice is super annoying, and most of his headlines are click-bait.

I grew up working at McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendys, Carl's Jr and a few other fast food joints. Money was not around for me and I needed to eat so I used the benefit of an employee meal for 50% before shift and a free one after. Life has been good but it was not always easy.

Worked the standard kind of Jr High and High School jobs back when. Worked at the original Godfathers Pizza when I was 15 before they franchised, as a janitor, truck stop island boy, and briefly KFC.

Not universally true, but over the years while coming up, it seems that the guys who had to work those kind of jobs as kids continue to have a good work ethic and drive. On the flip side, have seen plenty of kids come in with their new minted degree and think they can now sit back and have the world handed to them on a platter.

Now it all makes sense......at one point in your life you were just “common people”. That explains why you have never been a d-bag or condescending to members (except to me) on this forum.

Respect my friend!

As a self made man myself I really appreciate the hustle of people who started hungry.

When I was a school boy I made money selling computers with a small ad in the local paper in my small town. I called up a manufacturer and got a VAR arrangement. It helped pay for my books and got me into Oxford.

I should probably have stuck with that instead of going into Management Consulting.

I’d say it’s safe to say the majority of the members here made more right choices than wrong choices. I know I worked my share of....I hate to say shi**y....let’s say “stepping stone” jobs.

Not sure why there is so much hate for VV and Shmee, etc.

Youtube is like free food. Don’t like it, don’t eat it. This stuff is entertainment and those guys cater to their crowds. If they can make a living with it, more power to them. For serious reviews and tests, there are other publications.

Many reviews have mentioned the body style and cabin of the Wagon resulting in realizing / hearing more of that glorious exhaust note from the interior.

Can anyone attest to this, who has sampled both the sedan and wagon first hand?

I can definitely attest to this for the S/W212 E63. I’ve driven several sedans and owned a wagon. The wagon definitely allows the sound of the exhaust to come through. If you want to experience it in a sedan, simply fold down your rear seats.

i actually like VV and Shmee150. At first, I found Parker a bit annoying but I’ve always considered Tim (shmee) annoying. Regardless, I subscribed to both and enjoy watching some of their videos.

You can drop both your rear seats and enjoy the same experience, which changes a lot by the way. I started loving my car way more since I dropped the rear seats. Time to time I think throwing them away altogether.
