Selenite Magno Grey v Obsidian Black
Ordered the E63s Estate, with Selenite Grey. Now having doubts and keep going back and forth from that to the Obsidian Black.

Any views? Personal preference? Issues with the Selenite in terms of upkeep?

I’m in the exact same boat. Ordered obsidian black. Then changed it to selenite grey. I love how the black looks. Having owned black cars in the past, keeping them clean is a ***** though. For a daily driver, I think selenite would be easier to keep clean for more than 3 hours after a wash. I’m sticking with selenite(until someone posts a pic of a black car and I just can’t resist how sexy it looks).

There is a huge difference betweeen selenite grey and selenite magno grey.

Personally I', staying away from the magno paints as I'm unsure of how these will be in 3-5 years..

go fast grocery getter wagon
black paint is dirt magnate, you have to clean/wash/polish pretty well once a week if you want that showroom look. If you don't have the time, then go with other color.

If you ppf the whole wagon, then the magno paint will be protected for min 5-7 yrs and you can wash the car whenever you have time

Yes, I’ve thought of that, only thing is I’m leasing it through the company so only for 3 years so probably not worth doing ceramic but maybe getting something else?

This is of course personal preference only, as requested...I really like the grey magno a lot. Looks great on this car. Due to the subtle lines on the w213, I think lighter colors show off the design a bit more, as do the magno ones. Either way, you'll have some fun!

2018 S560 and 2019 E450 Wagon.
I went back and forth between the Selinite gray and the Cardinal Red. I changed the order like twice, lol. Looking back on it, I wish I'd just gone with the green, that way my car would be super rare, lol. Plus the Green woulda looked cool with the Nut Brown int. I do like the Red though.

Gone with the grey! I think I preferred the Black but I know it will never look like I want it to unless I am daily cleaning and polishing which I don’t have time to do!!

Plus in UK, the grey is super rare, haven’t seen any in my local area at all.

I've flipped back and forth - like the mean understated look of the debadged obsidian black wagon, but am still wanting the Magno - wish they had magno graphite grey or magno black in Canada

cant decide !

The Selenite Magno with the Chrome blacked out as per your video, is a total winner. If I could get that straight from the factory I wouldn’t be quibbling. It’s just the hassle of getting it done post delivery.

Just pick the Night package and it will black out all the chrome pieces.

I have the black coming and will be doing the full Xpel clear Stealth wrap on it. I just saw a sedan in this and it looked amazing. I will also to the rear chrome 'eyebrow' so it matches the satin chrome on front grill

Have not seen that, it was hand written on the deal.

Obsidian black, I'm leaning there now !

No info on if we can get factory tint instead of acoustic glass, also seatbelt colors other than black im looking into (red, silver)
