2018 E43, owned and sold 1969 280sl, 2011 E350, 2014 E350, 2016 E400.
Gauges help
I have a 2018 E43 and somehow I have got my nav in the gauge cluster taking the place of the tach! I have no idea how the hell I did this and can't remove!

Use the left control pad/stick on the steering wheel to swipe right to select the tach. Then its either a scroll up or down or press the home/back button there to select what you want displayed there. Up and down scrolling changes info in the same category, going to home/back lets you select what category of info you want displayed there (Nav, AMG, Trip info, etc.)
