Well after 8 months on the road the inevevitable happened.....a minor chip in the windshield. Unfortunately this one is right in my line of sight. The chip is too superficial and tiny to fill or get repaired but it does cosmetically annoy the crap out of me. Does anyone have any tips/tricks on how to conceal super tiny chips like these?
can you post a pic? I had something similar with my 2014 Porsche Turbo S and I in fact had it filled. It didnt perfect the issue but it made it smoother and created more peace of mind which I think is all you are looking for here.
I have used Safelite before for larger chips but this is just a small superficial one that I am afraid will be more visable after their epoxy application. Here is an expanded pic...the chip is really no larger than small pencil dot. It is really hard to photograph glass unfortunately.
