Getting a little gear Whine coming from the Rear Axle around 60 to 65 MPH

Anyone else getting just a little bit of noise? kinda sounds like a Standard trans type of noise, not really too bad but having the dealer take a look at it next monday. Was just in there today to have a piece of trim changed that was never right from day 1 last year. They may end up changing the gear oil again, I hope they don't have to take anything apart. I had a 2013 CTS-V I bought new and it had a bad gear Whine and they changed out 3 rear ends in the first 9000 miles, that was when I got rid of the car and traded it for my 2012 E63 AMG which was rock solid Reliable. So far this 2018 has been pretty good, just about to hit 11K miles. Had it a year come Oct 15th.

No not yet. Appt at the dealer this week. It’s not very loud. They may do a gear oil change and see what happens. They are also going to look into dis arming the kick to activate hatch. I’ve had that hatch come down on my head quite a few times from my feet accidentally tripping it. Bad feature.

Interesting! The kick to activate the hatch is in my opinion an awesome feature although I do see how an accidental tripping of it may cause inconvenience and maybe a small bump on one’s head, Personally, I would ask the dealership to check the installation because, usually, the complaint is the opposite in that you need to play a game of soccer underneath your rear bumper before the hatch gets engaged. Your case is strange and I blame it on bad installation.
