Out with the old.
What would you ask/pay private party. 45K miles. With C Quartz Finest applied shortly after delivery.

i've always just traded too. didn't want to deal with the hassle of selling private party. GLWS though!

M8 convert + model Y
very unique super loaded S6. Typically they would be 80K MSRP. May be try to put for sale on audi forum or ask audi enthusiasts what it worth.....
Some time ago I had s6 but mine was 80K and I traded it in.
