There are many haha. To start, it seems the exterior image defaults with carbon fiber mirror covers whether or not you have them selected (not sure about everyone else but my image has the covers even though I've not selected them nor the carbon package).

Also, I've opted for the non-alcantara steering wheel, yet the alcantara one is still shown in the interior shot. Little things, but noticeable nonetheless.

As far as changes go: as others have mentioned the premium package has been removed, and the heads-up display is now a standalone option.

Mine was, when I changed the steering wheel it made me delete the warmth and comforth package and heated wheel. But I found if I add the wheel first then it will let me add the warmth and comforth package which then automatically adds the heated wheel.
